Since 1927, it has published high-quality research in this field, addressing global administrative challenges. The journal is led by Editor-in-Chief Prof. Dr. Sabine Kuhlmann (Potsdam University, Germany), who, with a renewed editorial team, has established key thematic priorities:
Role Overview
The Journal Manager will play a key role in overseeing the publication process, maintaining high ethical standards, and supporting the growth and strategic direction of IRAS. We are looking for candidates with broad knowledge in the field, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. While previous editorial experience is not required, a PhD in public administration and proficiency in French are considered assets.
