IRAS Special Panel
The International Review of Administrative Sciences, the IIAS leading scientific journal, is organizing a special panel on "Next Generation Administrative Reform" at the IIAS-DARPG India Conference 2025. This is an opportunity for scholars to present innovative research on administrative reforms and governance. The panel seeks papers that offer fresh empirical insights, sound theoretical foundations, and cutting-edge methodologies. Accepted papers will undergo a pre-review process by the panel chairs, including Prof. Dr. Sabine Kuhlmann, IRAS Editor-in-Chief, and those selected will be invited to submit for double-blind peer review.

Program Preview

Additionally, we are proud to announce that Andrew Massey, the Academic Director and Professor at the International School for Government, King’s College London, will be joining us at the conference as the Brabant Lecturer 2025. Andrew has an extensive career in public policy, comparative public administration, and governance reform. He has worked on a variety of policy issues across the UK, EU, and US, and has advised government bodies on key public sector reforms. Andrew has also served as Editor in Chief of the International Review of Administrative Sciences, the leading IIAS scientific journal, and Public Money and Management, contributing significantly to the field of public administration.

The International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) joins the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) in honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Allan Rosenbaum, a visionary leader in public administration, at a special Celebration of Life event.
